I'm not the only who struggles with anxiousness, right?!
It seems like every other person I connect and talk with struggles with this! Everyone who feels these feelings knows how hard it can be to conquer them. Can I get an amen!?
To be honest, when I first started struggling I didn't even think to use my essential oils. At least not after a couple months of suffering. Why? I'm the type of girl who decides to go until I'm basically at my breaking point before doing anything about my issues. I know, it's a problem! And I'm working on it!
After about two months I decided this was not okay, and I had to do something about it. Medication wasn't even in my thought process because personally, I believe I have the tools necessary to help myself. Not to say I don't think medication is needed, because it most certainly is in some individuals. And that's okay! Everyone has to do what's best for them. I just knew I could help myself holistically, and that's the route I always decide to go down first. Thank goodness I did!
After the first use of these amazing oils-for my anxiousness-I knew they were the real deal. As if I didn't already know that, right?! HA!
HOW DO I USE THESE ESSENTIAL OILS FOR STRESS AND ANXIOUS FEELINGS?
A lot of people think essential oils are "tricky", "frustrating", "hockie", and "complicated". You want to know the most effective and useful way to use your essential oils? Crack those bottles open and GO. TO. TOWN! Rub them on your body, smell, ingest and diffuse them. GO CRAZY! Use as much as your pretty little body can handle!
Peppermint, Wild Orange, and Lavender are my go to's because of the medicinal and chemical properties. I also did my research on why these oils are so outstanding for these two specific issues.
Personally, I love diffusing 3 drops of each throughout the whole day (especially my harder days), rubbing them on my feet-your feet have the largest pores in your body, the oils will enter your blood stream within 30 seconds, rubbing them on my chest and forehead, and my personal favorite...dropping about 3 drops of Peppermint and Wild Orange under my tongue!
These essential oils have been such a huge blessing (along with other holistic approaches) in my life for my anxiousness and stress! My husband, bless his heart, is always putting up with and helping me calm down and figure out what I need to do to help myself. These three oils are always the first thing I reach for in the middle of an episode or when I feel those overwhelming and can't cope feelings crop up.
