I don't know if it's everyone...or if it's just me who seems to enjoy excess amounts of sugary smoothies, snow cones, and fruity desserts in the summer? Although I'm a HUGE fresh foodie, I still seem to take it too far in the summer. Which causes my stomach issues/pain/troubles whatever you want to call them to get worse. Bloated and a beached whale is about the only descriptions I can use to describe my whole entire body when I over indulge in sugar (whether it be healthy or not so healthy sugar).
What has been my solution? Lemon and Wild Orange! MMHHMM. Thank the good man upstairs for these two oils because man, they make me feel good!
Add 2 drops of each essential oil to about one cup warm water. Guzzle within 2 or 3 minutes to get your system feeling....not so beached whale. HA!
WHY DO THESE ESSENTIAL OILS WORK?
Lemon and Wild Orange are some of the top oils for cleansing out our body. Especially major organs such as kidneys, liver, gallbladder, heart, intestines, and spleen. It rids our bodies of the harmful toxins and chemicals that are in our food (high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, pesticides from our fruit, the list goes on and on), which in turn regulates blood sugar, cholesterol, hormones, etc. When our body doesn't have all the above crap (sorry, couldn't think a better word for the situation) it's amazing how good our body feels! Using these two oils as a gentle morning, afternoon, and evening cleanse will give your body the support it needs to feel good again! And like I said..not so beached whale. But I'm certain none of you eat 6 chips ahoy cookies at night like I seem to do. Right? ;)
